We went on a walk to N. Mountain Park today, and we came across this pond that was half frozen. I love the way the water reflects the sky. The kids had fun throwing rocks on the ice. I wish I could have recorded the sounds the rocks made as they skidded across the ice. Very cool sounds!!
Love both of these up close shots where ice meets water.....or is it water meets ice? I also love how they shows the forms of solid (ice), liquid (water) and gas (air represented by the ripples and the reflection of the sky).
